Enrich product data with AI to fill in missing titles, attributes, and descriptions.

Steps to Connect:

From the dashboard, go to Settings → Integrations.

Click Connect next to the marketplace you want to add (Amazon, eBay, or Walmart).

Follow the authentication prompts:

o Amazon: Enter API credentials or sign in via Amazon Seller Central.

Once connected, your account status will show Active on the Integrations page.

Tips:

• Ensure your marketplace accounts are active and in good standing before connecting.

• You can connect multiple marketplaces and manage them all from a single dashboard.

• Disconnecting a marketplace will stop automatic sync but will not delete existing listings in GlobalSKU.

After logging in and connecting your marketplaces, you’ll see the GlobalSKU dashboard. Key sections include:

• Listings Overview: Active, Pending, or Error status for all products.

• Inventory Sync: Current stock levels across connected marketplaces.

Importing Products

GlobalSKU allows you to import products in multiple ways, depending on the size of your catalog and the data you have. You can upload spreadsheets, scan barcodes or images, or add products manually.

3.1 Import from Spreadsheet (CSV/Excel)

Purpose: Quickly import large catalogs with structured data.

Steps:

From the dashboard, click Import CSV → Upload Spreadsheet.

Download the template file if needed (includes columns like SKU, Product Name, Description, Category, and optional attributes).

Fill in your product data. Only SKU and Product Name are required; missing fields can be enriched by AI later.

Drag and drop your CSV or Excel file into the upload area or click Browse to select it.

Click Upload.

Once uploaded, GlobalSKU will parse your file and display a preview of imported products.

Click Confirm Import to add products to your dashboard.

Tips:

• Ensure your spreadsheet uses the correct headers; otherwise, some fields may not map correctly.

• Keep SKU values unique to avoid duplicates.

3.2 Scan or Upload Images

Purpose: Quickly add products when you have physical items or images but limited data.

Steps:

Click Import Products → Scan or Upload Images.

Use your computer or mobile device to upload images or scan barcodes.

The AI will analyze the image or barcode to identify the product and populate attributes like title, description, and category.

Review the auto-filled fields and make edits if necessary.

Click Add Product to save to your dashboard.

Tips:

• Upload clear images with readable barcodes for best results.

• AI enrichment works even if some data is missing but always review before publishing.

3.3 Add Products Manually

Purpose: Ideal for adding single products or small catalogs.

Steps:

Click Add Product from the dashboard.

Fill in fields such as SKU, Product Name, Description, Category, Price, and Images.

Optionally, use AI enrichment to auto-fill missing fields.

Click Save Product to add it to your dashboard.

Tips:

• Use manual entry for testing or for unique items that cannot be bulk uploaded.

• Even when entering manually, you can still use AI enrichment to improve listing quality.

AI Enrichment & Product Review

GlobalSKU’s AI enrichment helps you automatically fill in missing product information, such as titles, descriptions, categories, and attributes. This speeds up listing creation while maintaining consistency across marketplaces.

4.1 How AI Enrichment Works

• AI analyzes your uploaded or scanned product data (from spreadsheets, images, or manual entries).

• It identifies missing attributes and generates content for:

o Product Title – optimized for clarity and SEO

o Bullet Points / Features – highlights key product benefits

o Description – detailed, marketplace-friendly text

o Category & Attributes – correctly mapped to each connected marketplace

• The AI suggestions appear in the product detail view, ready for review and editing.

4.2 Reviewing Enriched Data

Steps:

From the dashboard, click on a product with AI Enrichment Ready status.

Review the auto-filled fields: title, bullet points, description, categories, and other attributes.

Edit any field directly in the interface to correct or customize text.

For images, ensure they are high quality and compliant with marketplace guidelines.

Save your changes.

Tips:

• Always review AI-generated content before publishing to ensure accuracy, compliance, and brand consistency.

• The AI is designed to reduce manual effort, but human review ensures high-quality listings.

• If you notice consistent errors or gaps in AI suggestions, you can provide feedback to improve future enrichments.

4.3 Bulk AI Enrichment

Steps:

Select multiple products in your dashboard.

Click Enrich Selected.

The AI will process all selected products and populate missing attributes.

Review the enrichment results individually or in batch before publishing.

Tips:

• Use bulk enrichment for large catalogs to save time.

• Always perform a quick spot-check to ensure AI suggestions are accurate and relevant for each marketplace.

4.4 Key Considerations

• AI enrichment is not final publishing — you must review and confirm before listing products live.

• Marketplace-specific rules are applied; missing mandatory fields for Amazon, eBay, or Walmart will be flagged for review.

• You can disable or customize enrichment for certain fields if needed.

Publishing Listings

After importing and enriching your products, the next step is to publish your listings to the connected marketplaces — Amazon, eBay, and Walmart. GlobalSKU ensures your product data meets each marketplace’s requirements before publishing.

5.1 Publishing a Single Product

Steps:

From the dashboard, locate the product you want to publish.

Click Publish next to the product.

Select the marketplace(s) where you want the product listed (Amazon, eBay, Walmart).

The system will validate the product for marketplace-specific rules, such as required fields, categories, and image compliance.

Review any warnings or errors flagged by the validation process.

Once all checks pass, click Confirm Publish.

The product status will change to Published once successfully listed.

5.2 Post-Publishing Checklist

• Verify that products appear correctly on the marketplace.

• Ensure inventory levels are accurate (GlobalSKU will sync automatically).

• Monitor performance metrics and error logs to optimize future listings.

Inventory Synchronization

GlobalSKU automatically keeps your inventory levels up to date across all connected marketplaces — Amazon, eBay, and Walmart. This prevents overselling, stock discrepancies, and manual updates.

6.1 Viewing Inventory Across Marketplaces

Steps:

Navigate to the Inventory tab on your dashboard.

Each product displays:

o SKU / Product Name

o Quantity per marketplace (Amazon, eBay, Walmart)

o Total available stock

Click on a product to see detailed transaction history and stock adjustments.
