Recent Auctions – Last 5 Auctions

Bar Chart (Last 5 Auctions): General Information
The bar chart section of recent auctions is to help sellers visualize and compare the relevant recent data according to their needs. The bar chart can display dynamic data based on selection of any of the available four group-metrics: Sales, Orders, Listings, Buyers.

For each auction, the following contains the general information layout:

- Auction Title is hosted on the X-Axis label just below its bar chart. Click on it to go inside the respective auction’s sub-dashboard.
- Below the title, we can see Auction End Time.
- Then we have the Auction labels:
- Bid type: Open, Blind, or Livestream
- Privacy type: Public or Private
- White-Labelled Domain: Domain or “Blank”. Blank refers to buy.vendidit.com being used.
- Below the labels, we have the Group-Metrics – Sales, Orders, Listings, and Buyers. Click on each of them to change the bar chart based on the group-metric selected.
Bar Chart (Last 5 Auctions): Sales Group Metric

The default selected group-metric is Sales. It displays data grouped by two views: Breakdown of Sales and Completion of Sales payment.
Breakdown of Sales:
- Total Sales = Total revenue generated by seller that includes:
- Listing Selling Price – Total revenue generated from just the selling price of the listings.
- Seller’s Fee – Any amount that is based on the % as configured by sellers during auction creation, calculated over the listing selling price.
- Platform Fee – Vendidit's platform fee charged over the listing selling price
- Shipping Fee - Any carrier charges required due to managed shipping service provided by Vendidit
- Net Sales = Total Sales - (Platform Fee) - (Shipping Fee). Net Sales is the actual sum of USD that Seller has generated through Vendidit.
Completion of Sales Payment:
The Total Sales amount is divided into two sections based on the payment status of all the orders that it is made of.
- Paid – The sum of Total Sales amount that has its orders with payment complete status. So, buyers have completed payments of this sum.
- Unpaid – The sum of Total Sales amount that is still due and to be received from the buyers. So, the orders that make up this sum still do not have their payment status as complete. Click to open unpaid orders for that auction in a new tab.
Bar Chart (Last 5 Auctions): Orders Group Metric

The order group-metric displays the Total Orders for the auction and groups them down by their status:
Total Orders = Due + Pickup Pending + Shipping Pending + Delivery Pending + Fulfilled Orders.
- Due – Regardless of the fulfillment type, if payment is not complete, the status of the order will remain as “Due”. Click to open the “Due” orders in a new tab.
- Pickup Pending – If payment is complete and fulfillment type is pickup, until the order is picked up by the buyer, the order status will show “Pickup Pending”. Click to open the “Pickup Pending” orders in a new tab.
- Shipping Pending - If payment is complete and fulfillment type is shipping, until the order is marked as shipped by the seller, the order status will show “Shipping Pending”. Click to open the “Shipping Pending” orders in a new tab.
- Delivery Pending - If payment is complete and fulfillment type is shipping, until the order is marked as delivered by the seller, the order status will show “Delivery Pending”. Click to open the “Delivery Pending” orders in a new tab.
- Fulfilled Orders – Regardless of the fulfillment type, if payment is complete and the order is marked as picked up or delivered, the order status will show “Fulfilled”.
Bar Chart (Last 5 Auctions): Listings Group Metric
The listings group metric only breaks down the total listings under each auction by whether they are sold or not.
- Sold – Listings that were sold on this auction
- Unsold – Listings that went unsold on this auction
Bar Chart (Last 5 Auctions): Buyers Group Metric

The Buyers group-metric encapsulates all the relevant sub metrics about buyer users. These are:
- Views – Total Listings pages viewed by buyer users. It is not unique for users in nature. So, it is basically the sum of the views of all the listings of that auction.
- Registered – Shows the count for buyer users who completed registration for the auction.
- Total Bids – Shows the sum of all the bids placed by buyer users during an open auction or Livestream auction.
- Offers – Shows the sum of all the offers made by buyer users during blind auctions only. They are the alternate entity to Bids for Blind auctions as buyers make sealed bids on blind auctions.
- Unique Bidders - Shows the unique buyer users who placed bids or made offers for that auction.
- Buyer – The actual number of buyer users who actually won an order with you for that auction.
Net Sales (Last 5 Auctions)

Under the Recent Auctions section, another crucial component is the Net Sales amount that is displayed for the last 5 auctions. It can be clicked to be taken to the table that hosts All time sales performance.

Analytics Section

The Analytics section works in the same way as Recent Auctions but hosts all-time data that can be filtered timewise and group-metric wise according to the seller’s specific needs.
There is a summary section displayed below the Time Period that displays the aggregate data based on the Time-period selected; The same data is then visualized in the bar chart below the summary and then elaborated in the table below the chart.

You can select the columns you want to display in the Table of the Analytics Section.

The Unpaid and Pending Orders records can be clicked to open those orders in a new tab and process them faster.
